| dc.description | This study aims to examine the role and impact of technological advances in this field by focusing on occupational safety issues in the construction industry. Firstly, the introduction of the study emphasizes the importance of the subject and defines the scope of the research. In the second section, the concepts of occupational accidents and technology in the construction industry are defined and the causes and characteristics of occupational accidents are discussed in detail. In the third chapter, the conceptual framework of occupational health and safety is analyzed and the situation in Türkeye and worldwide is evaluated. In the fourth section, the findings and conclusions of the study are presented. The findings reveal the positive effects of technological advances on occupational safety but conclude that it is not sufficiently adopted and implemented. The results emphasized the need to develop a culture of occupational safety and to use technology more effectively. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma, inşaat sektöründeki iş güvenliği sorunlarına odaklanarak, teknolojik ilerlemelerin bu alandaki rolünü ve etkisini incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. İlk olarak, çalışmanın giriş bölümünde konunun önemi vurgulanmış ve araştırmanın kapsamı belirlenmiştir. İkinci bölümde, inşaat sektöründe iş kazaları ve teknoloji kavramları tanımlanmış, iş kazalarının nedenleri ve özellikleri detaylı bir şekilde ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde, iş sağlığı ve güvenliği kavramsal çerçevesi incelenerek, dünya genelindeki ve Türkiye’deki durum değerlendirilmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde ise, çalışmanın bulguları ve sonuçları sunulmuştur. Bulgular, teknolojik ilerlemelerin iş güvenliği üzerindeki olumlu etkilerini ortaya koymuş, ancak bunun yeterince benimsenmediği ve uygulanmadığı sonucuna varmıştır. Sonuçlar, iş güvenliği kültürünün geliştirilmesi ve teknolojinin daha etkin bir şekilde kullanılması gerekliliğini vurgulamıştır. | en_US |
